Windchill PDMLink – SAP Interface

The Windchill PDMLink – SAP interface links Windchill PDMLink with SAP. Via the interface, SAP objects such as material master, bill of materials and documents can be set up and kept synchronous in SAP. The release and change process can be realised in a cross-system approach. The interface is easy to operate and can be seamlessly integrated into the design process of the designer.

The Windchill PDMLink – SAP interface can also be used for Pro/INTRALINK starting at version 9.1. Pro/INTRALINK from PTC is based on the Windchill PDMLink technology, yet only offers a limited range of functions. Pro/INTRALINK primarily restricts itself to CAD data management functions. Here the interface is based on CAD data, but also enables the integration and synchronisation of the same SAP objects such as material master, bill of materials and document. The release and change process can also be supported system-wide.
